Motip rim lacquer. Contents: 500 ml Colour: silver Fast drying acrylic lacquer with a durable gloss for treating treated and untreated steel and alloy wheels and hubcaps. The lacquer has good hiding power, excellent adhesion and good surface hardness. The lacquer is resistant to petrol, chemicals and weather influences, lightfast and UV-resistant and is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. Pre-treatment: The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Remove loose old paint residues and rust, then sand and prime with a MoTip primer suitable for the substrate. Lightly sand the primer after drying (600-grit paper). Lacquer: The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Bring the spray can to room temperature. Ideal application temperature 15 to 25°C. Shake the aerosol can well for 2 minutes before use and spray a sample. Distance to the surface to be treated approximately 25 to 30 centimetres. Apply the lacquer in several thin layers. Before applying the next layer, shake the spray can again. After use, clean the valve (keep the spray can upside down and keep the spray head pressed for about 5 seconds). The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity and the applied layer thickness.
